Troubleshooting
Discord login
- Use the “Sign in with Discord” button — no separate password on KMC.
- If redirect fails, disable popup blockers and try again.
- Still stuck? Clear site cookies and retry, or play as a guest.
Spotify Premium & device
- Confirm Premium is active on the same Spotify account you linked.
- Start playback once in Spotify (desktop/browser) before joining.
- Switch the active device in Spotify if another phone took over.
Lobby code
- Codes are 6 characters — paste the full invite link if unsure.
- Lobby must still exist; closed rooms cannot be rejoined.
- Check caps lock — codes are case-insensitive but must match exactly.
